Answers to Common Questions
We do not design logos on their own as a logo is just one part of the larger brand identity; a visual “summary” of the brand. It is important that the entire identity is designed.
Please see an overview of our process on our About page, here.

Castlefield’s products are custom made-to order for you; they are handmade and produced by our partners around the globe, and may ship from the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, or China. Your order may arrive in multiple packages and/or on different days. Carriers include: UPS, USPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, Canada Post, DHL, and UBI.
Production time is generally 1-5 business days and shipping time is generally between 2-14 business days, but both timelines may vary and shipments may be delayed due to factors including the type and quantity of items ordered; where they are shipping from or to; staffing; holidays; postal strikes; force majeure; pandemics; or other factors out of Castlefield’s control. Orders are usually received within 10 days to 2 weeks, but they can take up to 4 weeks (especially during the Covid-19 pandemic).
Shipping is free for customers in the United States, Canada, and most other countries, but if there are additional shipping costs for delivery to the address on the order, the customer will be contacted. If the customer doesn’t want to pay the additional shipping costs or the order cannot be shipped to the delivery country for any reason, the order will be cancelled and refunded. Customers are responsible for entering their correct contact information, including email address and shipping address.
Customers are also responsible for any additional fees that may be applied, such as duties or taxes. You will be provided with tracking information for any orders where shipping is tracked. Castlefield is not responsible for any issues with shipping (such as lost packages or packages delivered to the incorrect address) and concerns must be addressed directly to the shipping service or postal service.
All payments are final and non-refundable for both physical and digital products.
If you have any questions about any of our products, please contact us before placing your order.
